ON-SITE ESTATE SALES
We take care of everything to prepare your estate sale including sorting, pricing, and staging each item. We advertise your sale online and directly to the hundreds of customers in your area. We post signs in the neighborhood on days of sale and advertise on social media and in local newspapers.
Our customers appreciate that we do not allow pre-sales so they know they will find the items we advertised when they arrive at our on-site estate sales. We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Cash at on-site estate sales. We conduct the sale and take care of any necessary permitting. Following the sale any unsold items will be removed, donated, or purchased by On Time Antiques.
ESTATE SALE BUYOUTS
Many estates are not large enough to need an on-site estate sale. On Time Antiques can offer a buyout or clean out to help families liquidate smaller estates or downsize. We remove all items from the house, garage, shop, and yard.
On Time Antiques may buy some items to be sold in our Antique Store. The purchase of these items can help to defer the cost of the clean out. We also determine which items can be donated and provide an itemized receipt for taxes. Any remaining items will be hauled away for disposal. When we are done your unwanted items and stress are gone.
CONSIGNMENT & AUCTIONS
Quite often people put items on consignment at On Time Antiques, because they have not been able to find a suitable or interested buyer, or a buyer they have found is not offering to pay what you feel the item is worth.
Putting an item on consignment either on EBay or at online auction site through On Time Antiques gives you access to our network of key buyers in the local area or nationwide through both EBay & EstateSales.net.
We handle all the details of pricing or advertising your item and researching the item, so our description of it will bring you top dollar.
